Burrito del Sol is a Destin Mexican Restaurant serving fresh Baja-Style Mexican food out of a 1968 Airstream. The outdoor seating overlooks the harbor and provides one of the best places to eat in Destin, FL. All dishes are prepared in one of three signature styles including baja, chipolte, and southwest. Our pork, chicken, and steak are all slow roasted for up to 7 hours. Our fish of the day is always fresh courtesy of the Gulf of Mexico. Popular menu items include blackened shrimp tacos "baja style", pulled pork nachos "chipolte style", and chicken burritos "southwest style". The area is surrounded by the best bars in Destin, FL including Red Door, Dockside, AJ's, The BoatHouse, and KJ's. Our special this month is blackened fish tacos. Our fish of the day varies between Grouper, Snapper, Mahi, and Tuna. We only stock fresh fish straight out of the Gulf of Mexico.

October 5-7 2012 Destin Seafood Festival The Destin Seafood Festival has returned to the docks. We will be featuring several specialty seafood dishes during the 3 day event.
October 1-31 2012 Destin Fishing Rodeo
The harbor district is always busy during the month of October as one of the United States largest recreational fishing fleets compete in the annual Destin Fishing Rodeo. It is a great time to walk the docks at sunset and check out the competitors daily catch.

"This is a very cool spot. A grassy knoll overlooking the harbor within a few yards of a number of bars. They do dinner and late night, and the food is fantastic! Enjoy the views while chillin' at the picnic tables listening to their laid-back tunes. Always fast and very nice. We go there as much as we can.."
